Before you write

• "My test was much higher/lower than your number." Expected - our figures are area averages from a model, and individual homes vary widely. See the methodology.
• "Where do I get a test kit or find a mitigator?" Start with your state radon program; many give kits away.
• "A county name or ZIP is wrong." Please include the page URL and the correction - these are the most useful emails we get.

What we cannot do

We are not a lab or a contractor and cannot interpret your specific test result, recommend a local company, or give medical, legal or real-estate advice.
