RadonGrade (radongrade.com) respects your privacy. You do not need an account, and we do not ask for personal information to use this site. ZIP codes you type into the lookup are matched in your browser against a static data file; they are not sent to us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, general region, device type, which links are clicked). This data is not used to identify you individually. Analytics load only after you accept cookies in the consent banner.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember your cookie choice. You can decline non-essential cookies with the banner and clear cookies at any time in your browser.

Advertising

We may display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Affiliate links

We link to products on Amazon and, when enrolled, on manufacturer sites using affiliate links. Clicking one may set cookies governed by the merchant's own privacy policy (for example Amazon's). We receive aggregate commission reporting only, never your purchase details.

Mitigation quote requests

If you fill in the "get a mitigation quote" form, we store what you enter (ZIP code, state, your radon reading if given, first name, phone and/or email, the page you were on, and a hashed - not readable - form of your IP address for abuse prevention) on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and we may forward it to us by private message. We use it for exactly one purpose: to pass your request to one certified radon-mitigation contractor serving your area, who may contact you about it. We do not sell or rent it, add you to marketing lists, or share it with anyone else. We may receive a referral fee from the contractor if you hire them. To withdraw a request or have it deleted, email [email protected].

Data we store

Apart from quote requests, we do not run a database of visitors. If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to respond. See also our Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
